In the Two-Umpire System with runners on first and third, the field umpire should be in "B" position, (1rst base side), and not "C," (3rd base side). That is, unless, someone change the mechanics on me. My NFHS Umpire's Manual, and my the Mechanics book issued by "Referee" support me on this.
