| My license number doesn’t work. |
| A license number is redeemed one time. If you have used the license number to access the course then you need to sign in using the e-mail address and password established during registration, then click the "Login" button. |

| Can someone else use the username and password that I was assigned? |
| The registered participant is the only individual authorized to obtain certification with the assigned username and password. |

| My course freezes/page freezes. |
There may be several reasons for this. Try the following:
Step 1. Delete temporary internet files, cookies history, cache. If you do not know how to delete files as suggested in Step 1, refer to the following Website: http://www.hotcomm.com/faq/faq_temp_files.asp
Step 2. Exit system and Restart computer.
Step 3. Access http://www.nfhslearn.com, and Sign in with e-mail and password. |

| I cannot print my certificate. |
Using the e-mail address and password established during registration click on “My Homepage/Courses.” Go to “Completed and Expired Courses” (may need to scroll down). Click on “View/Print” to access certificate.
You may want to save the certificate by going to File, Save as. You will now have a copy of the certificate without having to log in to http://www.nfhslearn.com each time. |
