In this cllip officiating mechanics are not only important to the crew but also those who play the game.  In this clip the assistant referee stops his run and allows the ball to cross the touchline on his ridght side.  He then permits the throw to also be taken from his right side and almost interferes with the throw.  All referees need to comply with accepted officiating mechanics.
